Please use the chart to monitor your progress.
The desire to check your progress every day is natural, but we recommend doing so just once a week. This is because day-to-day changes are minuscule, and it is possible to see negative changes in the short term. It is important to focus on the overall improvements over weeks rather than in days.
Also, there is no need to fill in all information. You can choose only what are important to you and monitor the progress.
